SUMMER PREP

Finally spent the Zara vouchers I received for christmas and treated myself to these cuties, quite shocked with myself that I haven't spent them sooner but with my lack of job I couldn't justify the purchase. But for £23 I couldn't resist a premature summer purchase, planning to wear them with a mint vest and my white blazer once the sun is out for good (not expecting too much however, it is Britain after all!)

DAY TRIPPIN'

On Monday I got a bit cheeky with my university bursary and took a trip down to London with the gal pals, we used the excuse it was fashion week but really we wanted to get a southern fix. The day was spent shopping, stalking people at Somerset House and attending a Boujois event to pick up some bargains (took advantage of the 2 for £9 dealio and got myself some new foundation and eyeliner) as well as having lunch just of Oxford street and cheeky treats in the Hummingbird Bakery.

NEW PURCHASES

Since starting back at university in September I havn't been my usual shopping self spending money here on there in my favourite stores Zara and H&M but I have treated myself to the rare little treat here and there.

I'm a firm believer that an expensive looking accessory can make any outfit look ten times better, so here are two of my cheeky investments recently.

Firstly, the faux-croc zip bag I bought online for a teensy weensy price of £38 which I haven't stopped using since it arrived and secondly my bargain of the century faux-fur grey snood from Kurt Geiger which I got in the sale for £13 reduced from £50
